Yeah, I watched the speech, and I thought the same thing: boring and uninspiring speech, crowd falling asleep, not resonating with at all with the people, trump not a true conservative, etc. Trump is definitely done. (uh, do i REALLY need the /sarc tag?)

These so-called "insiders" have been all wet so far.
Mobile has 195,000 people. Getting 40,000 for a political rally in a city of that size at this stage is a pretty hard trick unless you have a top tier entertainer or free food or beer on the ticket.
BTW, John Ellis Bush is scheduling an event a smaller venue in nearby Pensacola. At Eventbrite.com, you can reserve up to ten free tickets and decide not to show up.

The invocation was well done, and the preacher appeared enthusiastic about Trump. A black southern preacher that could deliver his message without screaming and becoming a caricature.
I thought the Pledge of Allegiance was a nice touch as well.

According to local reports that stadium was the only part of the Mobile area that wasn’t rained out! He was very popular to have anyone show, but the naysayers will be out in force flogging the glass half empty story, rather than the content and enthusiasm for Trump.

So what other candidate filled 2/3s of that or any other stadium?? Do you call them failures? Read the post above where someone said the heat drove some to leave early because they had already been there so long.
