Mexican national and previously-deported illegal alien Francisco Javier Chavez skipped a court appearance last week, after a California sheriffs office released him. Chavez, accused of beating his live-in girlfriends two-year-old daughter so badly he broke both of her arms and her leg, was released from the San Luis Obispo County Jail on $100,000 bail.
Police arrested Chavez on July 30, then released him on July 31 despite the severity of the latest allegations against him, his lengthy criminal record, and U.S. Immigration and Enforcement Customs request to detain him. He faces seven felony counts: Three counts for child abuse, and four counts for corporal injury to a child.
I was also told that a [U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service] hold was placed on him because he was a previous criminal deportee
and our County Jail declined to serve it because they dont do that here. So he has made bail and is now gone, police Sgt. Clint Winters told The Tribune.

Picture a sapling that somebody bent into a circle and tied it that way. Now picture that sapling after it's grown to maturity. A full grown tree in the shape of an '0'. There is no way to straighten that tree.
That's America.
Have the Sheriff do his time, if they catch the perp have him also do the time then deport him again, but do it by air drop.
My humble opinion is the system is in need of enforcing rather than fixing. Secondly, the primary cause of the illegal alien invasion is Mexico and its government. That’s where we should aim any fix.
A definite flight risk but he’s let loose. Bet the judge didn’t ask for so much as a pinky swear he’d show up for his trial. Who’s surprised he skipped out? Anyone? Anyone?
Maybe Jeb, in an act of love, paid it.
The Bondsman was most likely a Mexican too. The legal Mexicans start up these businesses because they no they have a growing clientele, who don’t trust white businesses.
At least that is the way it is here in Eastern Washington.
High probability.
Another “Act of Love.”
