This is a Youtube video where Jeb Bush initially states to reporters: I don't regret using the term 'anchor baby' and then when he sees the reporters zero in on that his political hack instincts kick in and he gets that fear look on his face and asks the reporters what is an accceptable term to used.
Look at the video 9 seconds in and see the reporter in the blue checkered shirt on the right snicker at the pathetic scrambling Bush is doing. The reporter Bush initially turns to an asks for a PC term for "Anchor Baby" is kind of shocked that he is asked that and he shrugs basiclaly saying that is not his job.
So Bush started out trying to "stand his ground" and not back down from using the term "anchor babies" to within seconds surrendering and asking for the politically correct term to use and says "I will use it".
Look it is simple. Illegal aliens (which I hear is also now an 'offensive term') come to the USA and have a baby. This baby is now automatically an American citizen and "anchors" the illegal parents to the USA (prevents them from being easily deported) like anchoring a boat in harbor. It is not offensive. It accurately describes what the baby's citizenship at birth status does for it's illegal alien parents.

I loved that discourse. This shows the stark difference between a leader (DT) and a fraud (JEB). JEB took the bait and floundered. Trump had the same type of engagement and destroyed the reporter.
They are “anchor” babies when the birth of the illegal alliens baby becomes an anchor to bring in the rest of the family over including Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
No other country in the world does this.
How is it not an anchor baby?
Its shocking to think that Yeb see’s himself as a leader. Its easy to see why the Republican Party wants him to run; they can easily control him.
Okay Jeb, let’s use “impotent politician” instead.
I saw a clip that showed Trump and Bush asked the same thing, both responded with what would you call them, then both said anchor babies works for them. Good. PC crap is killing us. Just another hit job by the DEM run drive-by media. Ignore it, nothing to see here.
I do love that Hillary responded call them babies. Really, Hillary? How about we call PP’s victims babies, too! That is what they are!
