They’ll pay for it one way or another. We send them billions in aid. So 2017, we send them a couple billon less and use that money to build the wall. Viola’ Mexico has paid for it.

They will. Otherwise American nationalists might just decide that America’s best interests are served by expanding our territory rather than settling for a mere wall.
