‘These comments reflect prejudice, racism or plain ignorance,’ Mexico’s foreign ministry says of Trump’s plan to make Mexico pay for a border wall.
Mexico’s government on Wednesday slammed US presidential hopeful Donald Trump’s proposals to deport undocumented immigrants en masse and make Mexicans pay for a wall separating the two countries as absurd, racist and ignorant.
Launching his bid for the Republican presidential nomination in New York in June, Trump accused Mexico of sending “rapists and drug runners” across the United States’ southern border and pledged to build a wall to keep illegal immigrants out.
Over the weekend, Trump said he would increase fees on some Mexican visas and all border crossing cards as part of a broader plan to make Mexico pay for the barrier. He also said he would deport millions of undocumented migrants.
“We continue to stand by our position that these comments reflect prejudice, racism or plain ignorance,” Mexico’s foreign ministry said in a statement on Wednesday....

Now we know that Trump’s plan is a keeper.
The only place race applies as to Mexico, speaking from personal experience with many from south of our border, is their extreme racism especially for their own Indians. You aren't worth spit in Mexico unless you are a blond haired blue eyed Spaniard.

Mexico contributed practically nothing to the WWII effort. They sent an Air Force squadron of some sort when the war was almost over. They were a non-participant for all practical purposes.

Why don’t we just tell Mexico that we are going to adopt the Mexican policies on immigration? Don’t they have much tougher immigration laws and policies than we do?

Mexcico’s condemnation of Trump’s proposed immigration and illegal immigration policies is a ringing endorsement of them for me,
Others have tried only to have their property confiscated by the Mexican government.
