North Korea's leader has ordered its military to be fully ready for war, South Korea's Yonhap news agency says.

Yeah, I had the same thought. I could just see the faces of those on Air Force One when he rules out a retaliatory strike. One can only wonder if, at that point, he has an “accident” by getting shoved out of an airlock (without a parachute).
