I think I’m probably assured of not being chosen for a jury on a murder case. I tell them up front I’m for the death penalty where it applies. - I just came off jury duty early this spring. Judge told us that we’d probably get some murder trials. We didn’t. I was just as glad. The pool that was called up after us got hit with a ton of murder trials. I’m 69 & getting too old to have to report for this stuff. This was twice my number got called. You have to practically be joined at the hip to that dynamic. - When do they stop this madness?
Why do you think he would have grounds to sue Daily Mail? Wouldn’t it make more sense to sue Ashley Madison for not verifying the true name of the person impersonating him?
IIRC there were 15,000 email addresses in the Ashely Madison list with .gov or .mil domains.
I honestly don’t know who Ashley Madison is....
....but Daily Mail is spewing it all over the internet.
They have had billboards around the country promoting adultery. It was quite a story several years ago. A husband and wife started the business as a way for people to cheat on their spouses without getting caught. Didn’t quite work out that way apparently.

I always want to put the best construction on things. That said, if it’s true that some 50 million people in the USA - mostly men - are intent on adultery and fornication to the extent they would pay for it, all I can say is the times and condition of men remain perilous at best, and I am driving on the road these days with a lot of guys who are fretting many things. I tend to think a good number of the accounts and registrations at this establishment are fake just like the services they supposedly offer. I also tend to think the statistics we always hear about marriage, divorce, homosexuality, and other forms of deviance are fake. I’m smart enough not to be them. Besides, when I commit adultery it is only in my mind, and that doesn’t count (/s).

It’s a global site, and the data analysis shows that many users maintain multiple profiles. One woman admitted already to creating nearly 1000 profiles.

According to the original Gawker story, credit card receipts show that Duggar paid $250 for a “guarantee” to have an affair.
Presuming that the "information" released by the anonymous hackers wasn't planted by someone who already had that information from other hacker sources, like the CC data thefts from Target and Home Depot among others.
I know next to nothing about Josh Duggar, but I could imagine that planting false data is all in a day's work for people in the hacking business, particularly when they may also be hacking for government intelligence agencies on the side.

I have read this article and I believe that there will be more names and more scandals from this snafu and that it will get really ugly. It’s a fiasco.
