... If someone was seeking to skulk about in the nether world of impropriety ..... why would he or she even use their real name? ...... Especially if you are a celebrity of sorts? It’s possible that perhaps someone used Duggar’s name as a Pseudonym to hide their real name?

The name would have to match the credit or the transaction would not go through. Someone would have had to, at least, have his card number, expiration date and likely the security code. Or would have to have stolen his identity and set up a cc account in his name.
