I don't know. Would 'organizing' them count as infiltrating? Over the top, right? Yet when you put virtually every part of the government, media and citizenry in this country on notice that these peoples' rights shall be upheld, blah, blah, blah, how is that much different from 'organizing?' Story going around in these parts about 2 FBI agents walking around the woods looking at a Muslim camp. Story goes that they found a hide with a range card and CFF into the camp.
