Anyway, all we need to do is to de-incentivize the illegals, and at least a good many will self-deport. There must be at least a thousand ways to de-incentivize them, considering all the gibmes and priviliges they’re getting now.
The judge is saying birthright citizenship can’t be rescinded retroactively. It can be taken away prospectively, though. And many deported illegals would presumably bring their minor children home with them rather than subject them to the foster care system or whatever government institutions care for them.

Well duh, end the 14th Amendment and end birthright citizenship moving forward. Those before the change are still citizens.
We are at the point now where if the left no longer honors the Constitution then for conservatives to continue to honor it is sure national suicide.
I would much prefer the GOP defend the founding principles but sadly it is not inclined to do so.
