A previously deported illegal alien who had been convicted of sexually assaulting a child earlier this year is back in the United States.
U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested 22-year-old Joel Silva Duran, an illegal alien from Mexico, last week near the border city of Roma, court records obtained by Breitbart Texas revealed.
After the arrest, the agents learned that Silva Duran had been deported four months earlier, on April 3, 2015, through Brownsville, Texas. The deportation came just one day after he had been sentenced to 10 years of probation at a state court in Rio Grande City on the charge of sexual assault of a child.

Don’t know the details from that County but he was convicted and deported the next day.
Lots of those rural counties are poor and I expect they have limited jail space also.

There’s a big part of the problem. Probation for someone here illegally and for sexual assault of a child? Who did the court think was going to monitor him after he was deported, and they knew he could come back?
Bastard should have been hanged, then deported.

The so-called judge wax obviously worried more about what the other inmates would do to this monster than about future child victims.
There once was a time when a Texas judge solved that problem by telling the Sheriff to make room by hanging an inmate.
This is one of those situations where “due process” should be suspended and the individual summarily executed.
Pretty much, by definition, he had criminal intentions.

Probably a play for sympathy. The poor helpless “undocumented workers” looking for a better life and all that drivel. They’ll say he was only “alleged” to be a child rapist. Anything but the truth to make it look like they want to help the poor downtrodden...even if they happen to be the most despicable of criminals.
