Donald Trump has vowed to deport every single one of the country's illegal immigrants and rescind any executive orders Barack Obama put in place to protect them.
'We're going to keep the families together, but they have to go,' Trump told NBC's Meet the Press in an interview that is set to air on Sunday morning.
Asked by host Chuck Todd about illegal immigrants who might have nowhere else to go, Trump said: 'We will work with them.
'They have to go ... we either have a country, or we don't have a country,' he added.
Trump, 69, also said in the interview he would need to rescind Obama's executive orders on immigration, including one that protects from deportation the children of parents who came to the country illegally.

I think that's brilliant. The families stay together -- in Mexico (or wherever). We won't separate them; that would be cruel. But, if some are illegal and some are citizens, everyone in the family can be kept together -- in Mexico.
Now, if the family itself makes a choice that the citizens will stay in the US and the illegal will return to Mexico ... well, if the family makes that choice that's their business.
But the illegals have to go.
Trump places it on them. It's brilliant.

What would happen if we were to sneak into Mexico? If we don't get our heads lopped off, we'd get thrown into a filthy Mexican jail. With none of rights, consulate services, and due process that illegal aliens Mexicans enjoy here.
All illegals should be immediately deported. All illegals serving time in state and local jails should be immediately transferred to federal prisons and the ones serving less than 5 yrs should be deported. This would save states like CA millions of taxpayer dollars.

Every week illegals send money back home to their Families.
Send those Illegals back home and drop them off at that bricks and mortar bank to which they are sending their money. They will find their own way home from that foreign bank branch or Bank ATM

Children of illegals born in the U.S. are dual citizens. U.S. Citizens, and citizens of their parents country. Ship the whole family back to their home country.
Just because they are anchor babies doesn’t mean they have to stay here. The Republicans need to show their compassion - keep the families together. Ship the whole family back to Mexico, or wherever.
Every other candidate can go chop wood until they’re saying what Trump is saying. I want the criminal thugs and their families rounded up and tossed out of the country. It’s called ILLEGAL for a reason. Bye bye don’t let the door hit your asses on the way out.

Ted Cruz is still my choice, and I will support him as long as he’s running. If he drops out, and the remaining candidates include Trump, I will give him serious consideration, and if he is the GOP nominee I will vote for him. If Bush is the nominee, I will vote a write-in.
Somewhere I read where Trump wants to hire another 25,000 border guards. Just once I’d like to hear a candidate say he wants 10,000 more immigration judges and 25,000 more lawyers because that’s where the backlog lies. There are 300 judges hearing deportation cases. If each one handles one hearing per hour then with an average day it would take 300 years to deport all the illegals in this country. Stop treating it like a sound-bite and start recognizing the solution to the problem. Stop the backlog, staff up so you’re deporting 10,000 a day and not a handful, or admit that you promise to deport all the illegals is as phony as your promise that Mexico will pay for the wall.
