Every bit of correspondence from the sitting Secy. of State must be considered Top Secret until it has been properly vetted. Her excuses are as lame as Billy Jeff’s used to be. Jail time should be the result.
Could Barack Hussein Obama could a security clearance?
Serious question.
I held a TS clearance in my four years in the AF 66-70. There are features of the system of classification that even now I would not discuss. I worked for AFSA which comes under NSA. I took an oath and I maintain it.
The Chief Information Officer and the head of Diplomatic Security should face jail time. The Office of Diplomatic Security oversees all IT Security, per the Foreign Service Manual and Foreign Service publications.
What Hillary Clinton did having an Email server is illegal.
All diplomatic computer systems on the what the rest of governments knows as Unclassified is Sensitive but Unclassified and is considered an offense to simply forward any communications or information to an outside or non-government computer, unless approved by the Information Systems Security Officer or the Regional Security Officer. SBU is considered a higher classification that Unclassified.
A private server with any type of state department message or email traffic is illegal for any purpose.
All Stated Department SBU or higher network data is dual encrypted. Once it leaves a State Department Network it is no longer protected.
I believe Hillary utilized this server to transfer illegally State Department communications to foreign powers and business associates in foreign countries. Why else would so money transit her Charity Organization at the same time certain actions were required for approval at State?
Hillary and her inner circle should all face jail time. They are no different than Snowden or that nasty transgender private in Leavenworth... They have committed treason.
In short, possession of classified material, deemed classified or not, it is the holder’s responsibility to recognize the material’s significance and protect it. Possession is not only prosecutable, but must be prosecuted.
Hillary’s magic wand will be working overtime ...
As a former TS/SCI/SI type, anything government related is required to be processed on a gov server/system. To use private comms while serving in a public position is just asking for indictment of “what are you trying to hide”?
She ain’t the queen, never will be.
What everyone with more than half a brain in their heads knows - or should know: someone in the position of Secretary of State is for certain at one time or another, and probably practically every day, going to be receiving and generating classified government information - and this can’t be transmitted over a private, unsecured email system....
And this is coming from a state dept guy. State was known to play fast and loose with security issues as a general rule.
“I held a Top Secret clearance at the State Department for 24 years and was regularly trained in protecting information as part of that privilege.”
Dear Mr. Van Buren:
IF that is true then you know that you should not be advertising it, you FRIGGIN’ FOOL! You are just as bad as Hitlery!
It’s called “spillage” and yes it is a very big deal.
Not knowing would be an unexpected defense from a person with years of government experience.
The Clintons never displayed the ability to tell right from wrong. Deny, deny, deny
Personal is irrelevent with regard to classified information. A personal system should not be used for ANY official government business, even unclassified business.
The day before Obama leaves the Whtie house, she will get a full pardon and immunity from any future charges.
This EVIL MONSTROUS BITCH ON WHEELS would have us rubes believe that carrying 2 phones was just too hard a task.

“When Hillary Clinton began her term as secretary of state in 2009, she thought it would be easier, better, simpler and more convenient to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two, she said repeatedly at a news conference today, with slight variations in wording.
Looking back, it would’ve been better for me to use two separate phones and two email accounts, Clinton told reporters at the United Nations. I thought using one device would be simpler and, obviously, it hasn’t worked out that way.
