The sentence for this crime (Huma is a Foreign National, right?) should be somewhere between 20 and 40 years.

What’s a talent keyhole? Is that a satellite picture?
And ‘No Foreign’ - is that information that’s not to be shared with a foreign country. Or information that’s not about a foreign country? Or something totally different?
Then there’s ‘Sensitive compartmented information’... I have no clue... not even a guess...
Nothing classified on that page he posted. You can tell because the classification level for each paragraph starts with a (U) for unclassified.
The classification of the overall document it TS (Top Secret), but they did not post any of that on this webpage. So FR isn’t publishing classified material.
Only the Hildabeast can do that and get away with it.

In a normal world that would not matter. Whether the emails were stamped and controlled is irrelevant.
The information itself was classified.
To get TS/SCI you have to be thoroughly briefed, when you leave the job, thoroughly debriefed.
You also sign an official acknowledgement and are warned that unauthorized disclosure will result in prosecution under US Code xyz, punishable by up to 50 years in prison.
Purposeful release to a foreign government (spying) is punishable by up to death.

I'm not sure about that. It doesn't say that the information had been designated as classified when it was sent.
Plus, she can claim some innocence if it was just something that showed up in her mailbox vs. something she sent.
