I was going to enlist in the ASA but was blocked from doing so because my step mother had a brother in East Germany. I never gave it a thought and didn’t ever say anything but they sure found out.
If this is what Hitlery is doing with classified information, I’m sure Intel will find that she also has all kinds of problems with PII (Personally Identifiable Information), FOUO (For Official Use Only), and many other forms of sensitive information that should not be on personal e-mail accounts.
People don’t realize that release of proprietary information, contract competition-sensitive (like pricing) information, and violations of export-control laws can screw you up just as bad as mishandling classified info. There’s all kinds of ways to get in trouble and I’ll bet Hillary has done all of them.

The “rat party” is utterly corrupt & will do anything to stop any investigation/prosecution dead in its tracks & the GOP is fundamentally spineless & will do the “Kabuki theater” routine with regard to investigation/prosecution. The media is bought & paid for propaganda flunkies for the “rat party” so while there may be some mild chatter about Hillary & her crimes nothing will lead to anybody doing the perp walk .
I read that the emails in question (so far) were not marked as classified, but the article did not say anything about them being tampered with. I'm not sure how classified documents are marked - with a cover page or a stamp on each page or both. But whatever the procedure, the emails in question obviously did not follow it.
One of those or some other states in part that the person convicted is not eligible for ANY office in the US government.
Hillary could just be the Prison President, ruling from a max security prison wherein she has an entire tier ...
Coincidentally, she is housed in the facility’s Vince Foster Maximum Security Wing for Level 5 prisoners ...
He decided to take her out in preparation for his own run for reelection ... why go for a third Obama term headed by someone else when you can have the real thing? Rumors are floating fueled by a “joking” comment by the Leader hisself.
Does not matter how the documents got into her possession. Possession itself is punishable - when it comes to various clearances and who has seen or has possession is very serious and no one fools around - there are no innocents.
If her server and email account has such documents on them, then she is in violation for each offense, and answerable to various federal codes all of which include prison time, and one which bars her from any federal office.
All of this looks very bleak for her, but to most LIVs this is in the weeds and can be dismissed. Its not like she B-slapped Kim Kardashian or something horrible.
Her team is busy making sure that rule changes at voting places are changed to allow maximum voter fraud, so any possible recriminations will not amount to a hill of beans - no pun intended.
Besides if she were imprisoned or lose the election there is the matter of hundreds of millions of dollars “donated” to her foundation in lieu of future policies which would have to be paid back. It could turnout that the safest place for Hillary is in some max security wing of some Federal prison ...

I would suggest that there are those that might decide the best place for Hillary is a grave. She can be interviewed in prison. Being the vindictive bitch that she is, no telling what truths or lies might emanate from the prison

Whether technically a citizen or not, her family ties should preclude her from being anywhere near classified info. MY husband’s career was in the highest level of security due to his missile defense work, and we had to steer clear of any person or circumstance that could be seen as questionable, even if it wasn’t. There was a lovely Asian family in our church we would’ve socialized with except the parents weren’t citizens. There were many similar situations.
