he’s right though. Devastating their finances makes a hell of a lot of a sense as ISIS is basically a crimin al/mercenary outfit that is very much reliant on capital. And once you have taken their oil holdings away from them, you kind of have to keep control of it so they don’t take it back. We don’t need the oil. We just need them to not have it.

I don’t see how it is fascist to devistate your enemy. Maybe Trump shouldn’t be so bombastic, but no other candidate seems to have anything other than more of the same. Back when we invaded Iraq, Bush was being attacked in a number if different ways, including saying he only went into Iraq for their oil. I recalling saying/writing multiple times that we should take their oil to pay for the war. I think there is a strong argument in leaving much of the ME in poverty.

Trump has stated that he believes we ought to fight to win, if we’re going to expend the lives of American citizens in battle.

The one thing he’s done is help conservatives like Walker and Cruz look like centrists. The fact that Fiorina and Carson, two definite RINOs (who I like for many reasons) are zooming up tells you that the ‘conservative’ electorate that is supporting them are emotional and not logical.
That’s not fascism - rather that is taking it to the enemy and taking no prisoners. If he were lucky enough to get the nomination and actually win the presidency, then I’d support Trump 110% to wipe ISIS off the map - and nuke every other Islamic jihadist enclave on the planet with them.
This is an us or them contest. There is no such thing as “radical or moderate” Islam - there is only Islam. A totalitarian political ideology that is no more religious than was Nazism. Islam is not a religion. You only need to actually read the Qumran and the Hadith to understand the true goals of Mohammad and his phony religion. believe me when I state that nuking these people into oblivion is the only logical response to their existence.
