Carson has a good bedside manner, I’m sure. But this country needs a fighter, not someone who tells us to take two aspirin and call him in the morning.
I completely agree with you. I’ve watched his “Apprentice” television show several times. In it, he sits and listens to washed-up celebrities have cat fights with one another complete with obscenities and back-stabbing as they try to get one another fired. When he decides to fire someone, it’s usually the person the others in the team gang up on. The contestants boot-lick Trump constantly, always referring to him as Mr. Trump, never Donald. It’s probably a requirement for their participation. It’s peculiar entertainment that mainly showcases his bloated ego as contestants have to suck up to him to stay on the show.
This guy thinks he should be president because he’s made a lot of money and he’s good at “deals.” That’s the limit of his qualifications. He’s uninformed about issues; he’s barely articulate; and he’s crude. Just what we want in a president. Cruz, Fiorina, Walker, and Rubio easily surpass him in communication skills, knowledge, and temperament. I wouldn’t want Trump’s finger anywhere near the nuclear button. I sure don’t want him in the Oval Office. Haven’t we had enough of pathological egomaniacs running things?
Brevity is the soul of wit. The Don’s got it, you used way too many words.
That is my take too. All Carson did is say "that's not my style".
DING! Winner!!
This is exactly what I have been yelling about and getting knocked down over it. He needs to drop the name calling. It isn’t becoming.
Yes, I did use too many words. Why waste words when “you’re a loser’” will suffice.
This time around it’s going to be Trump , Cruz or whichever Rat gets the nom .
Trump will get things back on track so Conservative Cruz can cruise on in after 4 or 8 years . Get with it !
Such a lovely movie and lovely theme song. Lovely.
Maybe so but that wasn’t my point and I don’t think it was Dr. Carson’s point either. Political correctness is a political tool and a very divisive and destructive tool. Ad-hominem may or may not be appropriate but it doesn’t control speech the way PC does.
I would love to hear someone reply, “I’ll ask Trump to apologize after Hillary apologizes for covering up her husband’s blow jobs in the Oral Office...and Benghazi...and the cattle futures, etc, etc!”
Trump doesn’t snivel when he says it. Try again.
That's because, being a commie construct, it has "evolved" into a "you can't touch us because we will castigate you as a mean-spirited misanthrope if you dare defend yourself from us".
To say we've forgotten what PC originally meant is like saying we've forgotten that the terrorist that just bombed a local Mall was once a baby - naive and has a negative value if one really thinks we can turn this country around..
bump to the top
