"He has never been a serious contender"

He's one of 3 or 4 who have the White House in sight.

And that's pretty serious.

He has less than a zero percent possibility to be the nominee. Time to move on to serious candidates.

At best he is the circus clown and does not advance the Republican brand. He may as well be on Hillary’s payroll.

I know a lot of people are enamored with him but he cannot and will not be the nominee. Not in this world or any alternate universe else for that matter.

There are six viable candidates in no particular order.

1) Bush
2) Kasich
3) Christie
4) Rubio
5) Walker
6) Fiorina

That’s it.

All the rest should pack their tents and go home.

I see a Rubio/Kasich ticket or vice versa. I could also see a Bush/Rubio candidacy. I doubt Bush would take second fiddle.

I could see a steamroller put Fiorina at the top of the ticket or on the bottom of the ticket with either Rubio or Kasich on the ticket.

Cruz is not going to be the candidate. Just won’t happen.

Huckabee has foot in mouth disease. Perry needs to go back to ranching or whatever he does now. Paul is toast. Too thin skinned. Carson could make the VP cut. Not at the top, though. Christie’s day in the sun is over. I can’t see how he can prevail with his “hug” and “Bridgegate” and is not now popular in his own state.

A real dark horse might be Jim Gilmore but I doubt it. But he does have the pedigree to offer.
