Donald Trump Was Right about Megyn Kelly and Here Is the Proof
Freedom Outpost ^ | 08-08-2015 | Theodore Shoebat

Posted on 08/09/2015 8:33:04 AM PDT by Kevin in California

Donald Trump was disinvited from a prime speaking role to an important gathering of conservative activists on Friday for his criticism of Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly after a combustible debate performance. As for the vacant spot at the Red State gathering, Red State chief Erick Erickson has invited Kelly to replace Trump. Kelly replacing Trump was a fair judgment in Erickson's view for saying "blood coming out of her … whatever." The comment stirred up a hornets nest. Well, Shoebat.com found a five-year-old interview of Megyn Kelly when she was climbing up the ladder, not minding to get on the Howard Stern Show to gain fame while allowing Stern to discuss with her every sort of smut including her private sex live, which is supposed to be sacred. She laughs and is okay with Stern discussing penises and breasts in a very trashy, nonchalant way. Listener be advised:

Yes, Fox has been off at my house since the debates.

Truthfully, I had cut my watching way back.

I was tiring of the “fair and balanced” approach.

Why do I want to waste half the time listening to the morons on the Left?

Besides, the news is more complete and most times much faster here on Free Republic .

Plus weekends, they are out to lunch; their breaking news is awful in quality after 11:00 pm and on the weekends.

Also, most of the stuff happening in the world, they don’t even report on.

It also seems to me that there are more commercials, especially on Special Report.

The SR panel no longer holds any lustre for me. There are folks here that are much brighter and who don’t have such obvious biases.

Fox insulted our intelligence at the debate. It was a horrible, less than sophomoric attempt at being the news instead of reporting the news so we could decide.

They need a new slogan: we distort, and we decide.

I am hearing good things about One America News Network.

“Truth is Megyn did not research the comment made by Trump as it was in response to fat Rosie’s vulgar diatribe on The View against him.”

I doubt that she researched it, but someone on Fox did, especially, the “looking pretty on her knees” line according to Mark Levin. It came from season 6 of his show and taken out of context completely.

No, Trump personally attacks people. Calling someone a liar or challenging the record is one thing...

But Trump keeps up the personal assaults as well. He has no class.

Cruz, on the other hand, does.

>>Rickover’s quote is a perfect description of iCarly

Yep, and I have a lot more respect for Rickover than all the politicians on stage for both of those debates combined. The fact that he, a man who got things done and done right with no room for “good enough”, was in front of Congress telling them what useless pieces of garbage they were is why the Trump message resonates so well today.

The percentage of fed-up US citizens who don't care for either political party is very high. It's not impossible for Trump as a third-party candidate with an excellent VP choice to get a plurality in enough states, I'd think.

Especially if we're force-fed hillary vs Jeb

The point isn’t the person asking the questions and whether she deserved the response.

The point is how Trump responded. Do you want a president who stoops to that level or do you want a true statesman?

Well, I feel better now about running that Rod Stewart video in the middle of that fawning over Megyn thread months ago, lol.

Great speeches yesterday at Red State from Cruz and Fiorina. All we can talk about is Trump and Kelly.

Fiorina who "Stands with Megan Kelly " or was there another one there

Because while REAL Conservatives like Cruz do great, Trump people feel the need to justify the comments of their candidate.

Well I have been contributing to Cruz but the next solicitation I get I am replying that I was very disappointed with his high praise of Megan Kelly

And that he should have said that he knows Trump would not have referred to Kelly's period like he being accused of

Why are they so afraid of Donald Trump?

I believe he threatens to take away the financial feeding trough and destroy the pecking order that has been held together by the elites CONTROLLING government.

It's time someone like Trump stepped in to BLOW IT UP.

You might want to pray that Trump keeps up the fight to expose this rot, whether he is “ your man” or not

Amen to that. He's the ONLY one blasting away at the "politically correct" LIBERALS and RINOs that we have at the moment.

Three things come to mind: Trump punched a hole into the left’s control on what we are allowed to say. He took a strong stand on illegal aliens, and this would hurt the drug cartels and anti-America fractions who have a lot of money and influence. he is too rich for special interests to influence him.

Okay. Calling someone a liar is not a personal assault. But calling a fat pig a fat pig is.

Interesting that nobody comment on Kelly when she defended TRUMP when the media was pawning the story he raped his x-wife.

Fiorina was referring to her standing with Kelly against Trump supposedly referring to her period

Pure BS

I'll take someone who stoops to the level of fighting fire with fire.

The so called "TRUE STATESMEN" are the reason we have this curent pile of problems.

I'd suggest stop being so concerned about what's "politically correct" and focus more on getting the job done.

I want an adult who doesn’t resort to adolescent taunts to defend us.

I’ve had enough of a kid leading this country in the past 7 years!! I want someone who’s smart enough to retort without referring to a Beavis and Butt-Head level.

GOOD FOR YOU!

Vote for Jeb Bush... He's your best bet at "Mr decorum."

Now, leave me and those that are NOT worried about being "politically correct" to follow our own path and hopefully get the desired results of CHANGING what's happening to America.
