Dickie is right. I said the same thing.
Two problems regarding that so-called debate. Megyn Kelly and Rupert Murdock.
Sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee. Dick, go back to getting your toes sucked, and leave conservative commentary to conservative commentators.
I guess Fox has forgotten how it feels to be ostracized - much the same way they did certain candidates. They have won the ratings war for so long, that they are getting too big for their britches. They forget how obama used to say they weren’t a real news station, and were left out of things. SO, they have to fit in now by compromising their principles.
I expected this of Kelly(look at me!) and Wallace(I’m not my dad), but not Brett Baier (sp). Disappointing.
Fox News showed an arrogant contempt for its audience in its leftist bias and was, in effect, telling them that they have no other place to go.
The other debates tone has been set by kelly.
The good that has come from this is finally conservatives realize that Faux News was never their friend.
Maybe the candidates themselves should organize a series of self-moderated forums, live-streamed on the internet with all media invited to observe and simple rules, each candidate speaks for 1 minute in turn on any subject.
Faux news has been swallowed up by the fedgov propaganda juggernaut, if not from without, but from within.
Ratings, and cashflow from the corporate party masters is all that counts now.
On Thursday night I learned that Megyn Kelly has an even bigger ego than Bill O’Reilly. I thought it was to be a debate but it turned out to be “The All About Megyn Show.” What a POS.
I used to watch Fox News on a regular basis but became disgusted some time ago. Just about the only true conservative left on Fox is Sean Hannity.
Well, maybe they set a standard for tough questioning that the other media will be pressed to follow. Conservatives should raise a mighty din over the MSM’s slapstick questions to liberal candidates, make that issue part of the campaign.
When the New York Times, Washington Post, Huffington Post, and MSNBC praised Fox News for joining the dark side, you know they have jumped the shark. We have blocked these traitors and will drop DirecTV when our contract eires this fall. We don’t need to see any more of these phones “debates” that do nothing but promote One Worlders.
Yup - they now are going for their new viewers, the left. Do they not realize the conservatives are going to turn them off?? We do have other places to go.
Boycott them...permanently. Time to start teaching these jerks a lesson. It’s not hard. I saw Fox’s leanings in 2006. I gave up all cable noise channels after the midterms. And I’ve had Megyn’s number for a quite a bit. She’s a feminist, East coast, know-it-all snot.
“In its debate coverage, FoxNews recent desire to be accepted into the fraternity of leftist-leaning journalists was on full display”
The putz actually said something that is true. I need to go to church.
in one debate coverage and meditation of debate fox news los all its good will from those wanting it to be a far outlet......I was not a fan of trump but the more I watch the desperate attacks on him from different people in the republican party I don’t respect the moor likely I am to become a supporter
I’d rather watch CNN. At least I know up front where they stand.
I suspect that, rather than being in the pocket of the GOPe or the RNC, they were trying to ask tough questions to avoid being seen as slaves of the Republican Party, but if the questions and the time were really as poorly and unevenly distributed among the various candidates as Morris says, then there was something wrong the the debate.
