Carly Fiorina was the clear winner of the early Republican presidential debate–at least according to social media.
The former Hewlett Packard CEO joined six other contenders who failed to qualify for the evening’s main event, which is restricted to the top ten candidates in recent polls. However, her performance in the undercard event generated a great deal of online enthusiasm.

I think Fiorina is very articulate, can think on her feet and is a very real threat to the "top ten".
Some of the "top ten" will reduce their stature tonight and I expect Jindal and Fiorina to move up to fill the void.

I thought she did very well except for the question on Trump. Most will disagree with me - her statement on Trump was praised on Fox and apparently played repeatedly on CNN - but to me it sounded flip and fake, like something that had been written for her and she had memorized
Carly inherited a mess at HP during the dot com bubble burst.

Even Intel’s CEO applauded Carly and stated what she did laid the foundation of HP’s future success.

I live in Louisiana. If Jindal won, that just means debates are useless as a basis for choosing a candidate for president.

Fiorina surprised me with her intellect. Several sigmas above Obama and Clinton and in the same area as Cruz but more personable. Not as conservative as myself or Cruz but she is a ballsy and very smart woman who will take on the beast and win in a war of words.
