If Jeb and Hillary are the candidates in 2016, I’m writing in Ronald Reagan.
She sure is cute but that looks a little cruel to do to that dog. Seems it would be hard for it to breathe.

The Republicans, as usual, are way behind the power curve.
They're still stuck in the 90s. I remember in the 90s during Clinton's first and second reign.
Political Correctness was just starting to pick up steam, cable news was gaining viewship, and we were a nation at peace with a good economy. No worries!
Back then, it was absolutely necessary to be portrayed as compassionate and emotional as possible. "For the Children!"
That was a short-term phenomenon whose time has passed.
But as usual, the conservative movement is playing catch-up and is on the defensive trying to figure out what to do.

That is exactly correct, and Freepers and others have long stated this. Unfortunately there will come a day when it will no longer be true, once the dilution of America's character has been completed and all that remains is an emasculated Euroweenie style country. This election may even be the final death-roes of our spirit.
What we need is an exposé documenting this farce known as "Compassionate Conservatism", with names and dates of the traitors responsible for the mostly successful removal of America's national backbone, courage, pride and character.
