Federal agents have joined with Baltimore police as part of a wide-reaching effort to curb the recent violence that one expert says appears to be modeled on Los Angeles’ response to the 1992 riots.
The effort, launched today, involves personnel from the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Secret Service, with two agents from each agency directly embedding with the Baltimore police department’s homicide unit, acting police commissioner Kevin Davis said Sunday.
The collaboration, which Davis dubbed “B-Fed,” comes after two people were fatally shot in Baltimore in the first two days of August, on top of the 45 killings that took place in the city in July, making it the city’s deadliest month in 43 years, according to The Associated Press.

Actually taxpayer dollars is probably the cause of this; here in NJ when Camden NJ couldn’t afford cops anymore they basically made the city a county problem. As the welfare hatcheries run out of taxpayers, the net has to be cast wider & wider to drain taxpayer monies from other locales.
Baltimore just jumped right to the head of the line/all the way to the source: Fed money. Now taxpayers in Alaska are paying for Baltimore’s law enforcement...
Baltimore will be the pilot city for replacement of all ‘local’ Law enforcement with Federal Agents.
They won’t replace them all; they’ll have to at least dress up some of the unassimilated urban socialists as cops to re-distribute wealth. Also, any federal program could be threatened with a change at the top.
Here in NJ we had Newark lay off 160+ cops while they had a record-setting murder spree going on; Trenton had run out of other peoples’ money, and Newark never paid its own bills anyway. The gibsmedats simply forfeited their police protection because they couldn’t afford it; same thing is happening with the public school systems in out cities. Americans and companies are fleeing NJ, and there is nobody left to pay for all the freebies in our welfare hatcheries...
So what will happen when a Federal agent shoots a black man?
If the cops can’t control the thugs, then it’s the National Guard that should be sent in and not the feds. Set strict curfews and shoot to kill for lawbreakers. That would put a severe crimp in the thugs’ criminal activities.

So far we have a fired Police Chief (incompetent; wouldn’t back his officers); a city State’s DA (racist little bitch who has some interesting ties to the City’s politics and her police family was nothing to brag about); a Mayor who is totally incompetent and proud of it.
Nothing is going to help Baltimore unless there is a complete political purge of the Democrat hacks leading it. Been like that for decades with the exception of Mayor Schaeffer who tried his best to save it.
White Democrat leaders were pathetic and incompetent (D’Alessandro III, Pelosi’s brother; O’Mally, who once had promise but caved in to greed/power).
