Fox News’ Bret Baier, one of this week’s debate moderators, gave an interview to the Northeast Ohio Media Group addressing the billion-dollar elephant in the room.

Yes, Donald Trump is going to be one of the ten candidates on the debate stage Thursday night, put together by Fox and moderated by Baier, Megyn Kelly, and Chris Wallace. And since Trump has never actually been on a debate.

But whatever happens, one thing is certain: the ratings will be yooge.

The post-debate spin will certainly be anti-Trump, across 99% of the media.

It won't matter. The more the media complains, the angrier the voters get...and the stronger Trump support gets.

The audience would go wild.

In fact, I wonder if they will adopt a no applause format. I don't think it'll work, but they can try.

I don’t think Fox likes Trump. I don’t think that he’s going to get any favors from Fox.

Bret might need a proctologist to find his buzzer.

EXTREME LIBERAL Bret Baier of Fox News won't ask Trump any questions until JUST BEFORE the Buzzer.
Watch for them to cut TED CRUZ's and TRUMP's time shorter than the rest of the "not-worth-my-time" bozos.

NEVER TRUST A LIBERAL (and Bret Baier is an EXTREME LIBERAL) !

Pre debate trashing of Trump is in full swing...

Actually, it’s not funny at all.

An actual debate moderator is slandering a participant in advance.

No matter what you I or anyone else thinks of Trump, a moderator should avoid pre debate prejudice.

They should hire Rush Limbaugh and let him do it.

In fact, I wonder if Rush announced his own debate, whether any of them would show up?

I’ve often wondered why Rush didn’t do something to put a stop to this kind of stuff.

Pre debate trashing of Trump is in full swing... As I said upthread, it won't matter.

The revolution has begun and Trump is going to lead it.

Strange as it would have seemed even three months ago, I’m inclined to agree.

This may not be the yacht we were praying for to rescue us from our castaway island, but it may do the trick even better.

It remains to be seen.

Are you kidding me? Debates are started normally by drawing a pro and con position on the issues. These are not debates. These are glorified press conferences. You are naive to believe otherwise. Prepping Republican candidates for the Candy Crowleys and other moderators during the general debates is not a bad thing. I have watched a lot of Trump interviews and he is not exactly a model of decorum when being asked questions. Bret's concerns are legitimate. If other candidates are held to one standard and he is not where is the fairness.
