If you want to ruin a city, make it predominantly black.
I live in Annapolis Md. The issue with any city is to be “road wise” and keep your eyes and ears open. Baltimore is in general a beautiful city with lots to do. There are places and times when it is best to stay away
It is amazing that the incompetent mayor still goes to her office everyday.
The citizens and the business community should be screaming for her resignation.
The governor should remove the incompetent and corrupt state prosecutor.
Nothing will change until those two nincompoops are removed.

They can’t find any whitey to blame, so this will not make it into the news.
Places and time to stay away... Places: ‘The whole city’ Time: between 12 midnight and 11:59pm
They did it to themselves......

Interesting to compare statistics. Chicago with 2,722,000 population has 238 deaths to date, Baltimore with 623,000 has 191, and DC with 659,000 has 83. Looks like in spite of Chicago’s bad reputation, things are only 1/4 as bad as in Baltimore and 1/8th as bad as DC. Here are the 2014 figures for population of largest US cities. Also listed are population gains and losses. Chicago and Baltimore are loosing population and DC is gaining.
