Zbigniew Brzezinski.. who bragged in 1999 that he was the founder of the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, that turned into Al Qaeda, that turned into the FSA (Free Syrian Army) and that turned into ISIS.
Mujahideen didn’t turn into al-Qaeda. This claim is one of those silly myths that just doesn’t die.
