Former president Jimmy Carter said Tuesday on the nationally syndicated radio show the Thom Hartmann Program that the United States is now an “oligarchy” in which “unlimited political bribery” has created “a complete subversion of our political system as a payoff to major contributors.”
Both Democrats and Republicans, Carter said, “look upon this unlimited money as a great benefit to themselves.”
Carter was responding to a question from Hartmann about recent Supreme Court decisions on campaign financing like Citizens United. …

The people are corrupt. Half the population takes from the other half and the 1% liberals dump on the working half to keep them pschologically broken so the will continue to pull the plow.
The elites have figured out that they can pretty much get away with anything. Generationally Americans are stupider than they’VE ever been. Unless and until we do something about to nothing changes.

I think that’s one good reason why we need someone that is independently wealthy and INDEPENDENT. Someone that wants to see America great again and does not hesitate to use his mouth to put down the opposition.
