How very fascist. So, Obama is saying that if Congress doesn’t play ball on approving the Iran deal, he might just go ahead and do it anyway. That violates the Constitution and the law. Technically he can’t do it – oh, but he will. Notice how Kerry sidestepped the issue? If Obama does this and isn’t made to answer for it or stopped, that’s the end of our Constitutional Republic and the actual beginning of a dictatorship.

That Obama has done so many things by executive order is actually good, since it will be MUCH easier to undo them, IF we elect the right man president after Obama such as Cruz.

The president has the power to execute whatever foreign deals he wants to- as long as they don’t require the passage of laws- with no say-so by the congress.
That’s how the Constitution was set up.

Oh, did I mention that any funds spent on the ‘deal’ are subject to congressional approval or disapproval?
