Phoenix man accused of pimping out underage girl

Theon Ohara Temple was arrested on Wednesday and booked into jail on multiple prostitution counts, including child prostitution.

Police pulled Temple over for traffic offenses and, during the investigation, found an underage juvenile in his vehicle.

The girl told police, according to court records, that Temple was her pimp and that he would rent out motel rooms for clients.

She also said Temple and another man once tied her up, hit her over the head with a gun, and attempted to drown her by placing a towel over her mouth and poured water over her face, documents say.
