Former Planned Parenthood director, Abby Johnson, told The Christian Post that her old employers sometimes charged $100-$200 for each body part from aborted babies. She also explained that the money they received from it covered more than shipping and other fees.
She said, Shipping only costs a clinic $4 to $10 but they are sometimes charging $100 to $200 for each baby. They are charging additional fees, but in reality there are no additional fees except for minimal shipping costs.
Later Johnson added that Planned Parenthood found deceitful ways to get around laws that ban the sale of fetal body parts for research. She said, There is definitely money to be made and thats an issue with the current law. If theres a loophole, Planned Parenthood will blow through it.
SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must De-Fund Planned Parenthood Immediately
In a separate interview with the Washington Times, Johnson gave her opinion about the expose videos and shared about her own experience with organ harvesting. She said, I lived that life. I worked at Planned Parenthood for eight years at an abortion facility, and I ran the facility, and that was very common for us after a long day of work after a long day of performing abortions, the staff going out to eat, having drinks, talking about the day.
Additionally, Johnson shared in detail how the abortion company profits from their lucrative sales. The law currently states that there can be moneys exchanged as long as they fit under certain categories like preservation, collection, storage, transport, etc. And the law says there is not a maximum amount that can be charged or a minimum amount but that costs cannot be prohibitive. And thats very subjective, said Johnson.
She continued, They [clinics] could say, Well, its more difficult for me to harvest a brain than it is for me to harvest a kidney, so that collection fee is going to be $1,000 for a brain, whereas its only going to be $400 for a kidney. And the problem is that its so subjective, the amount of money that can be charged. Thats really where we need reform.
As LifeNews previously reported, four videos released by the Center for Medical Progress show Planned Parenthoods top officials negotiating the sale of aborted babies body parts and admitting to altering abortion procedures to obtain salable organs. The aftermath from the footage has been severe for Planned Parenthood, causing countless states to call for investigations into their business and Republican presidential candidates to rebuke them publically.
In response, pro-life members of the U.S. Senate have also introduced legislation that will end taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthoods abortion business. The Senate will vote early Monday evening on a new bill has been introduced that will totally de-fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business. The legislation follows four shocking videos that have caught Planned Parenthood doctors discussing and arranging the sale of body parts of aborted babies.
As LifeNews reported, the first video of undercover footage shows Planned Parenthood Federation of Americas Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted unborn children and admitting she uses partial-birth abortions to supply intact body parts.
SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must Investigate Planned Parenthood for Selling Aborted Baby Parts
In the second video, Planned Parenthood doctor Maru Gatter discusses the pricing of aborted baby body parts telling the biotech company officials that the prices for such things as a babys liver, head or heart are negotiable. She also tells the officials that she could talk with the Planned Parenthood abortion practitioners to potentially alter the abortion procedure to kill the baby in a way that would best preserve those body parts after the unborn child is killed in the abortion.
A total of 12 states have already launched an investigation including South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana and members of Congress have launched an investigation as well.
$100-$200 per baby and Lambos are $200k so Dr Menghele only needs to kill between 1,000 and 2,000 babies to get her dream car.
This explains why they fight so hard to keep late-term abortion.
Huge money maker.
I wonder if the Rat presidential candidates will take a pledge among themselves not to accept political donations from Planned Parenthood. I guess we know how these people get their money in addition to what they get from the taxpayers, and it ain’t coming from cookie sales or car wash fundraisers.
Class action suit for the “mothers” of their “victims of conception” to get a cut of the payments in 5... 4...3... 2...
It took 70 years to go from Dr. Menghele to Abby Johnson. The Fourth Turning.
O.K., yeah. We SHOULD defund them. But the glaring omission is that nobody is mentioning STOPPING ANY SELLING of baby body parts, for ANY high-sounding euphemized reason. PERIOD!
Then we should go for repealing of Roe v. Wade. Let them squall about back alley abortions, and women dying therefrom. You get pregnant; you decide to shirk the greatest human gift ever given; the honor of giving life to a new human being and nurturing that life to adulthood; you decide to murder your child IN your womb, instead of even blessing a childless couple with an adoption? Weeeelll, have at it pilgrim.
And if the hit job on the child happens to be botched, and you go to meet your Maker earlier than you thought; you should have repented instead of committing murder.
Once people step outside of God’s known written will, and determinedly with aforethought decide to be their own god; well, you pays your money and you takes your chances.
That does not seem credible to me. Shipping any package can cost $4 to $10, or more. I would think that shipping tissue would cost significantly more than that - what with the need to store at particular temperatures, etc.
Here is the shipping cost list for a blood and bone marrow center - for "samples," the price ranges between $120 (for non-viable samples) to $300 (for viable samples stored in liquid nitrogen). Not $4-$10.
Yep...thats what I’ve been sayin...follow the money.
Whether they sell, or charge for delivery, it’s the same thing. They can lie, but the truth is that they SELL.
