If they extradite, whatever tourism biz they have goes to zero. Right you are. But there is evidently a US law that says you can't bring an illegally obtained animal part (a trophy head in this case) into the country.
So I'm guessing that Zimbabwe will leave Palmer alone, but the US will stick a charge on him.
