I find it hard to believe that the classified emails were originally sent on unclassified networks. That means someone had to take it off the classified network and put it on an unclassified computer to send it to her. That in itself is criminal. So the question is...WHO sent her the emails? And on what device? Find that out, and you have criminal #1.

I knew someone in the State Dept was doing it but didn’t know it was Clinton.

For those who don’t know, two very secret groups were formed within both MS and Intel.
Both companies needed $$$ to fund future ventures and got someone in the State Dept to back it.

I find it difficult to believe that the folks sending out these briefings would send a report to an email address that was not on a government server.

If the agencies are using Exchange (and I suspect they are), there is a mechanism for classifying emails built-in. Those classifications can then be used to prevent emails with classified information from being sent or forwarded outside of the organization.

You could bypass those checks by modifying the domain table and transport rules on the Exchange servers so that her servers were treated as part of the organization. This would have had to be done intentionally and with the knowledge that it would bypass those security checks.
