A 14-year-old Palestinian girl has garnered international attention recently after being brought to tears by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who told the young girl that her family may be deported because Germany "can't manage" everyone coming from refugee camps. And now she's back in the headlines after telling German paper Die Welt her feelings on Israel:
My hope is that at some time, [Israel] is no longer there, but only Palestine. This country should no longer be called Israel, but Palestine.
It is reported that Reem Sahwil, quoted above, was born in a refugee camp in Lebanon but currently lives in Germany and hopes to study there. However, she considers "Palestine" her home and hopes to live there "one day."
The Die Welt reporter asked the young girl if she knew of the strict anti-Semitism laws in Germany and Sahwil responded, "Yes, but there is freedom of speech here, and I am allowed to say that." She added, "My parents tell me that Israel expelled us from Palestine. That’s true, isn’t it?”
Born in 2000, Sahwil's family fled to Germany in 2011. During a televised discussion with Merkel this month, Sawhil, who suffers partial paralysis from cerebral palsy, told the chancellor that her family was scheduled to be returned immediately to their camp in Lebanon, but ended up receiving a temporary residency permit to stay in Germany. Merkel told the girl:
"I understand… politics is sometimes hard. Of course, you are a very nice person, but you know in Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, there are thousands and thousands [of people] and if we say you can all come, and you can all come from Africa… We just can’t manage that.”
As the girl sobbed, Merkel tried to comfort her. Video below via RT:

Frankly, my first reaction is to feel something towards the kid, but then I think about it a bit.
Folks, she’s only this way because she has been fed an “s” sandwich of propaganda since birth.
What is going on in our K-12th grade schools and beyond into our universities?
That’s our kids in 15 years.
We need to put this Leftist brainwashing on the skids.
Common core needs to go. Education needs to return to local control, and we need to start weeding out the Leftists at all levels, at least bring it into parity with 50/50 Leftist and Conservatives.
The get back to education basics, and stop the politicization of our youth.
That would require teachers who know something about a useful subject. Such people are hard to find nowadays.
Much easier to find people who know about sex and left-wing politics. They're a dime a dozen.
I have heard some say, that there won’t be any peace, until one side no longer exists. I can understand why they say that.
Did anyone notice something interesting about that photo?
We’re continually told how terrible the Arabs on the West Bank and in Gaza have it. Look at the expendable income in that photo.
This isn’t a poor kid eeking out an existence.
A the very least, perhaps the most charitable thing you could say about these people, is that they sure are willing to foist this stuff off on our children. Now, it is child abuse? There’s a good chance of it.
Any other person other than a teacher tried to pump into your kid and you have them on child abuse.
She’s not alone.
I know of a 53 year old illegal alien living in the White House who has the same wish.
I have too, and I think it’s true.
So what does Israel do about it.
In the long run I don’t think there’s much else can be done, other than expelling people who don’t want to live in peace and recognize Israel.
Offer these people money to relocate. If they refuse, keep them in a file. The first time they go over the line, deport them.
If they come back after being deported, toss them in an Israeli prison and leave them there.
What gets me is that Merkel didn’t take the opportunity to tell the girl that one of the reasons she is being sent home is because of the hate in her heart.
“You ask us to be kind and gentle to you, yet you do not offer kindness nor gentleness to others, but only hate and hope for their destruction. Hating and hurting do not build peace, freedom or happiness, because they are despised by God, and He does not reward those who hate and hurt others.
“When you arrive home, you will have years to look around you and judge what hatred has wrought to your people. There is no hate here, and we prosper; hatred has only brought your people misery and poverty. Give it up and your lives will be better.”
Imagine if she got her wish—Israel just vanished—all the population moved to New Jersy or something. Would their be peace? NOPE—the IS and Iran would still fight—it might even be worse. the hate of the Jews would be gone—so they would start to kill one another over this issue or that. One side must win—the othe lose. To win you must wade in blood! Its terrible, but true. When all the islamic people are pushed into the sea—or driven to the desert to die—only then will their be peace. Know that—if given the chance the Islamic People would do this to all the jews. If they could —they would in a heartbeat without remorse. They may well get their chance. The Christians had a Christian Kingdom in the Holy Land for 200 years—until it fell. I believe the State of Isreal will suffer the same fate—maybe 50 years in the future? Maybe 100 Years? There are just too many of the enemy—its like the Battle of the Alamo—just too many Mexicans—you lose!
