[Prayer Request] Having surgery tomorrow, Wed, 7/29 [update: 127]

Last wed evening, 7/24, I fell down the stairs at home and broke my right humerus. Visited ER and got an x-ray, cast, etc.
At 9:45 in the morning, 7/29, I'm having a surgical procedure to put a rod in my humerus from the shoulder to elbow.
Asking for prayer. I know that God won't give us more than we can bear.

When I collapsed at home last Thanksgiving from what turned out to be a drastic and sudden kidney failure, my Catholic FRiends here and a remarkable number of Reformed Christians and others here laid siege to heaven on my behalf. I was in coma continuously from Thanksgiving afternoon until almost Christmas. For the first seventeen days, I was expected to die each day.
I am still here and able to drive to dialysis and doctor's appointments. Prayer works! I join mine to those of others here on your behalf. May God place His healing hands upon you as He did with me. Whenever anyone here asks your prayers, pay it forward. Ask that God help you through His graces to ever better conform your life to His will.
