I have not heard any reference to the family’s immigration status.
Given when they know where the suspect/family lived, any PI or others could likely get that data without a lot of effort.
On the Kelly file, they showed the guy before a judge, he had no driver’s license, no green card, no fingerprints even on file. No idea who this guy is.
Why would a 15-year old have any of this stuff on file?
