CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio — People living in the quiet neighborhood surrounding Helen Hazen Wyman Park were shocked to learn of Monday's killing of a 60-year-old woman by a man who is also accused of shooting another woman and the attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl.
Residents who said they previously felt safe in the rural township streets surrounded by woodlands, a public park and a bike trail are now locking their doors at night.
Juan Emmanuel Razo, 35, tried to rape a girl in the park Monday night and later shot a woman walking on a nearby bike trail in the arm, according to Lake County investigators.

I’ve been reading what has happened to Painesville/Lake Co. on how it has been over ran with illegals.We lived in Cleveland and then moved to Geaugua Co.(I now live in Calif and don’t like it at all)
I went back last summer for my mom’s funeral,and I didn’t realize how much I missed that area.

This woman is frightening. She quotes...’ We need to work toward the goal of equalizing income, (didn’t Marx say something like this?), and in our country and at the same time limiting the amount the rich can invest. (I am not rich, are you?)
When asked how these new tax dollars would be spent, she replied:
“We need to raise the standard of living of our poor, unemployed and minorities. For example, we have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market windfall profits taxes could go a long way to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as ‘Americans’.”
