I don’t know how Jagger is moving like he is at 71....it boggles the mind watching him.
He runs 3 miles 5 days a week on a treadmill - backwards. I read that he runs a 10 mt. Mile, but having tried to run a single mile backwards in 20 mts. and experienced much difficulty, I am hard pressed to believe it.
