On Tuesday the third undercover video of Planned Parenthood's despicable practices was released by the Center for Medical Progress, but as the blog Jammie Wearing Fools highlights, some people may not see it if PP gets its way:
Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota warned news outlets today that airing undercover videos from the Center for Medical Progress could violate “patient privacy.” Planned Parenthood says the videos violate laws however no wrong doing by the Center for Medical Progress has been proven.
"The material should not be aired," states a press release sent out to the stations. This absurdly transparent attempt at damage control is no surprise. The organization has been engaging in mafia-like strong-arm tactics in their all-out attack-as-defense strategy, including congressional pressure, an Obama Department of Justice investigation. and the same from the California Attorney General's office.
In short, PP is willing to do just about anything to stop people from hearing bad things about it. Well, anything except for not selling baby parts.

They are also connected with the man who murdered abortion provider Dr. George Tiller.

There are no patients in these videos. There are no patient names isaid in these videos.
Outright bullsh1t lie.
The more PP tries to silence their critics and justify their actions, the more attention they’re drawing from the fence-sitters.
All the requirements place the responsibility on the provider. Your only outsider would be security.
Actually, one of the first lines of defense in any alleged violation of statures is “That law doesn’t apply to me/us.”
If HIPPA restricts medical facilities and personnel only, there is no need to defeat a HIPPA claim by PP against the video producers, because such a claim against non-medical institutions or personnel has no standing.
I don’t have to follow the underage drinking rules, because I’m not underage. There is no legal question as to whether or not producers violated any HIPPA rules, because those rules do not apply to them.
More PP BS, and they knew it.
The biggest problem PP has with this BS, and it’s a big, and potentially long lasting legal problem, is their defacto recognition of what they call “tissue” as being entitled to protections afforded only to human beings.
Stupid 101. That was a very serious legal FUBAR.
Remember Deborah Nucatola , who was in one of the first two videos ? She is a Senior Director of PP.
She makes about 200,000 a year off that. She also has a company called IMAGYN, INC. It only employs two people. She is one of them(and titled 'president' of the company). She makes about 200,000 off that business too. Guess what IMAGYN, INC does ?
One other thing.
I have no proof, and make no accusation, but it seemed to me that some federal LE entity might want to investigate to learn if the older PP woman seen in the second video has received personal income from prior fetus sales, income she might not have reported to the Tax fellows....
Seemed to me that’s what she was cruising for, an “under the table” payment.

If I were POTUS, I would bring all of the PP execs up on RICO.
Just for clarification, did the vessels carrying the babies give their permission for dissection? AND since the vessels paid for the executions were they also aware that the body parts were being sold for profit? Because if they didn’t I would suspect, being the vessels are human excrement they will sue for whatever PP made as a profit on the body parts as well as, “human suffering.” Just wait, it’s coming.

On the price list in the first video or the second there is a place where a special fee is charged for “cleaning” the organs.

Thanks. Didn’t take note of the price list. It’s apparent, however, by the haggling that the “fee” they get has nothing to do with whatever the overhead would be. It’s like they just make things up later to try to justify the charges.
