Well okay, it is a nuisance problem for pre-existing home owners. It’s not like they moved next to the eateries and complained.
Keep in mind the aroma of BBQ walking around in feed lots is a lot different from its sweet fragrance in the smoker.
I would say coffee bean roasting operations would be closer. Coffee roasting isn’t nearly as good a smell as coffee brewing.
