I really don’t doubt that he’d win again, given a couple of things -
that the media/GOPe picked the candidate to run against him like they did in 2008/2012,
and vote fraud runs at the same rate or better than in those two cycles.

Anybody who watches the clip would conclude that he was angry at his audience and only lashed out that he “could win” if he ran again because they all clapped when he first said that he COULDN’T run again!
