Repeat after Jeb Bush: He is not angry. Not even a tiny bit.
Florida’s Republican former governor is happy — joyful even. And campaigning throughout Orlando Monday the merriest of presidential candidates reminded supporters over and over again that he is nothing like some of his churlish counterparts in the GOP primary.
“Here’s the deal: I don’t have anger in my heart,” he told about 200 people at a community center in Maitland Monday evening. “We shouldn’t be scolding people. We shouldn’t be saying outrageous things that turns people off to the conservative message.”
“I’m not a grievance candidate,” he told more than 150 fans in Longwood, warning that the race was sure to be a long one and poll numbers would rise and fall. “I’m the tortoise in the race — but I’m a joyful tortoise.”

Here we go again. Bush as a member of the GOP establishment lying about being a conservative. The establishment has been hard at work for years redefining to their liking of what a "conservative" is.

Breathlessly going back and forth trying to get a rise out of each candidate based on what another candidate said. This is beyond juvenile. It's gossip and useless and click bait.
Recently our "news" show started off with some weather report from a far off section of the country and the story of some bimbo named Arianna Grande licking a donut and saying she hates Americans. This is now considered "news".
Apparently the pay for play of the Clinton Foundation and Hillary selling this country's assets just isn't worth reporting.

Of course he’s a joyful tortoise, because he’s the anointed one, the designated GOPe candidate. Do not underestimate his odds of winning! All the powers that be will be lining up to ensure Jebbie is the Republican candidate. It’s not like they haven’t done this before. Think Bush, Romney, and McCain. The GOPe knows how to destroy challenges from the right. They’re much better at that than resisting Democrats.
