It’s The Guardian (theguardian.com) and hasn’t been called the Manchester Guardian for a long time.

The Trump/Cruz effort is an effort by commie recipients of government incomes to hold Cruz back by tying him to Trump in the eyes of voters.

There still is a newspaper called the Manchester Guardian, though. I used to read it at work in the 80s and 90s.
