Blacks do not want to be subject to the jurisdiction of various police departments and justice systems. A fine example is Sandra Bland who blew off the justice system in the Chicago area. She owes about $9000 in traffic fines. I cannot even find this quickly on the internet. It is being buried!
Then she blew off Texas police and was hauled to jail where she self destructed herself

The next step should be to reassign cops so ONLY black cops work in the 'black community'... if there aren't enough - pay off the white cops to quit... let them retire early with full benefits. Then there won't be any problems with cops and blacks... Right? LOL.
