When you have ten billion dollars to your name you can keep a lot of things up. I don’t know why Trump is bothering with the GOP, he can create his own party.

He knows his ideas tend to fall in the more conservative camp. So Democrat is out. GOP is more logical given that otherwise he would find himself to be a spoiler.

Because in the United States of America, it is much easier to run in one of the two parties than creating a new one. A lot of infrastructure needed to run is already in place.
