Here is an article from 2003 discussing the Ceasefire program in Milwaukee.

In spite of the Journal Sentinel describing it as focusing on guns, it really focuses on felons with guns, a huge difference. In 2003 the Sentinel writer Gina Barton basicly claimed the program was racist, because most of the violent felons were black.

Now, about 15 years later, there are another generation of street thugs that have to be taught that shooting people is bad juju.
