Democratic presidential candidates Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Martin O’Malley came face to face with the tragic state of American progressivism last week, when an 11,000-strong rally of progressive activists was disrupted by #BlackLivesMatter protesters.
Activists marched into the room chanting protest songs before taking the stage in front of a bemused O’Malley to demand concrete commitments on police violence.
Never mind that O’Malley and Sanders are, among presidential candidates, by far the most sympathetic to the concerns of the Black Lives Matter movement: because they’re white, they cannot be trusted, and deserve to have whatever they’re talking about shoved off the agenda by thugs with placards.
It may sound racist and bizarre to be suspicious of candidates like Sanders and O’Malley on the basis of their ethnicity alone, but when you consider the primacy of identity politics in the progressive movement today, it really isn’t that surprising.

The minority has been empowered by the Democrats and their media associates for years. This is what you get. The monster is turning on Frankenstein.
Diversity comes from the same root word as the word divide. Diversity divides people. Unity comes form the root word for one. One people means unity, diversity means division among people. It is not natures way. Different people usually fight when they are on the same territory. Humans and animals both must control territory in order to live. People who lose their territory become refugees like the Christians and Izidis in Iraq.
Crazy liberal phony utopianism has crept into our national thinking even among conservatives and Christians. Leftists put on airs pretending to be morally superior. We have been exposed to this for a long time and have been convinced into accepting multiculturalism from all over the world as a good thing—being a true American and Christian. We are being deluded and our poor children will pay for it.
Division may be the answer that saves us. Straight hetero Judeo Christians here, “others” over there. Conform or be cast out.

There’s dozens of active “Sanders has problems with minorities” and “BLM’ers are hurting us” type-subject threads over at DU right now. They’re at each others’ throats and greatly entertaining.
Except there will be no majority or the majority will be Hispanic.
Doesn’t quite work that way in the inner cities. That’s a different world.
