Fortunately you're not entirely accurate with that assessment. There are plenty of regimes in Africa, South America, and Asia who might vie for that title. Toss in a few ex-Soviet countries and then we would place but certainly not the most corrupt. Stupid and suicidal politicians perhaps, but most corrupt?

As long as people are still risking their lives to come here, it's worth coming to. That window is rapidly closing though.
