The people who before legalization didn't smoke pot because it was illegal, will after legalization not drive stoned because it's still illegal - ergo, no reason to expect a rise in stoned driving due to legalization.

it has happened per police.

Evidence?

dubious because the pot stays in the brain for 30 days or more. There is also the pot advocates trying to say a small amount only impairs a little. Like being a little bit pregnant.

Dead victims may disagree with the pot heads’ arguments.

dubious

Even if everything you posted is true - and in fact almost none if it is - it wouldn't contradict the numbers that show fewer deaths.

because the pot stays in the brain for 30 days or more.

There are two things that stay in the body for more than a few hours: inactive byproducts of THC; and THC that is stored in fat cells (where it doesn't affect neurons) and slowly leaches out into the bloodstream at such a tiny rate that it has no effect.

There is also the pot advocates trying to say a small amount only impairs a little. Like being a little bit pregnant.

No, like being a little under the influence of alcohol, as distinct from a lot.

Dead victims may disagree with the pot heads’ arguments.

The numbers show that there are fewer dead victims.

U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman:
“The psychological case notes indicate that while Mr. D’Souza is highly intelligent, he has remarkably little insight into his own motivations, that he is not introspective or insightful, but that he tends to see his own actions in an overly positive manner..."

The judge noted the psychologists “chart indicates Mr. D’Souza tends to deny problems, that he lacks insight into his own behavior, that he is arrogant and intolerant of the feelings of others, while projecting an overly positive image of himself.”
