Top Obama administration officials testified Thursday that the U.S. would help ensure the “physical security” of Iran’s nuclear infrastructure as part of the nuclear agreement they reached with the Islamic republic two weeks ago.
Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) asked the assembled officials whether a controversial provision in Annex III of the agreement obligated the U.S. to help protect Iran’s nuclear program from future sabotage by Iran’s opponents, notably Israel.
The charge was ducked, but not denied, by Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz.
“I believe that refers to things like physical security and safeguards,” Moniz said. “All of our options and those of our allies and friends will remain in place.”
Secretary of State John Kerry clarified that the annex in question was designed to ensure that Iran’s nuclear capacity was “adequately protected” from unconventional threats like cyber warfare.
“The purpose of that is to be able to have longer-term guarantees as we enter a world in which cyber warfare is increasingly a concern for everybody,” Kerry said. “If you are going to have a nuclear capacity, you clearly want to be able to make sure that those are adequately protected.”
Israel has sabotaged Iran’s nuclear program through cyber warfare in the past.
Such stalling tactics will be more difficult to carry out if the U.S. provides Iran with “training and workshops” to counter nuclear security threats, as the deal requires.
Israel is widely believed to be the ultimate target of an Iranian nuclear weapon. It is one of the leading opponents of the agreement.

The PCPJ is a broad coalition of local and national organizations, including the Communist Party, USA, "committed to conducting demonstrations aimed at ending the war in Indochina, and poverty, racism and injustice at home." The VVAW, CCI and PCPJ all have headquarters at 156 Fifth Avenue in New York City. VVAW Executive Secretary Al Hubbard, a former Black Panther, is also on the coordinating committee of the PCPJ. Hubbard soon appoints Kerry to the VVAW's Executive Committee, bypassing the normal election process.

That and pray.... Prayer is very powerful! IMHO it’s delayed this evil usurper a lot since this Iran issue has been literally played like kick the can for years. It’s all we can do.
He's appeasing Iran only out of his loyalty to Comrade Putin.
The evidence is all around us. Russia is probing our defenses and our allies almost daily now. China probing the defenses of our allies.
It is thought that the huge contrail off the western seaboard was a Chinese submarine missile launch a few years back. This was a potential warning for our American defense establishment. China/Russia have taken to space in anti-sattelite technology in an effort to cripple our military communication/GPS systems.
China, Russia, NK, Iran hacking our infrastructure, our government computer systems. No telling how much sensitive information they've gleaned and possibly gleaned from unsecured state dept. computers used by Hillary, Huma and lil Sidney.
Folks should prepare, cause the gubbamints not gonna be there for us.

In this case I am on Israel’s side.
So, Kerry is still negotiating with our enemies .. First with Vietnam in Paris against Kissinger, then Nicaragua, then Russia (USSR) with Kennedy, and now Iran.
Both Iran and Russia want Israel and America wiped off the map. Obama is helping set the stage for their dream to eventually become a reality.
For sure, but I prefer the word "appeasing" over "negotiating with".
