With the understanding that I will get hammered by the Trump supporters on this page, I have some questions for you about your candidate:
First, WHY do you support Trump? Is it only because he talks tough? Do you have HISTORY to prove he means what he says on this issue?
Second: Other than screaming about illegal immigration (he is right about it), talking about bombing oil fields and that Persians are smooth negotiators, WHAT other issues does he understand? On what other issues is he Conservative?
Third: Who do all of you expect Trump to choose for the SCOTUS?
Fourth: Can you prove Trump is different from his past as a Democrat...can you prove he is Conservative? how? (please don't feed us the BS that Reagan was once a Democrat...Trump isn't Reagan)
Fifth: How do you reconcile his flip-flopping on issues like Immigration, guns, abortion and OBAMACARE and Hillary?
Sixth: Can anyone explain WHY Trump supported Obama in 2012?
Seventh: Why, suddenly, in 2012, did his donations INCREASE to Republicans when he first decided to run as a GOP candidate for POTUS? Why was he a Democrat donor before then? (don't give me the 'Oh, well, he had to do business in NY crap, either...he gave to candidates outside of NY).
Finally, how can you all be certain that Trump isn't a trojan horse? How can recent talking points outweigh his recent history of comments, etc?
If Trump really is who you think he is...prove to us WHY you think this.
I really do wish the folks on this forum, who honestly are Conservatives would take the time to read the link to the article on post 34.
I have since become a daily reader of Conservative tree house as well. I know they did great investigation work on the Trayvon Martin shooting. Investigations that others would not do.

I am of the opinion with the election being so far away it is impossible to know where things are going to stand this time next year and it would be foolish to hop on anyone's band wagon....way too early.

I think we can all agree that Trump has been saying a few things that needed saying. But that’s simply as far as it goes. Conservatives should be able to take his words for what they’re worth instead of building some kind of personality cult around him.

Yes, the environment Trump operates in is filled with cronyism and crapitalism. He is a wheeler dealer for sure, which also makes me question his motivation. As another poster said on this thread, “Trump's ego is 69 years old and his conservatism is 69 days old.”. That should put doubts about Trump into ALL conservatives.
One big plus is he isn't afraid to fire people, which is what the bureauacracy needs.

Ok, so he was interviewed at the Convention...
Since then, he has done a LOT for the other side.
#1 he helps the country make changes that makes this country win and he will not apologize for it.
#2 he has the winners ego and when getting older he will do less building and more book writing and speeches.
A President Trump will see his books and speeches fly off the shelves at top dollar.
PS: Finally a President who could build a wall and according to him a a third of previously projected costs.
